Feenix owns and operates a significant national and international network which has been purpose-built as a wholesale platform that can be uniquely configured to be sold as your own network to retail customers.
Our total focus is to make designing, provisioning and managing your own network easy.
Through our significant investment in modern technology, widespread automation and carrier-grade operations, our mission is to make your telecommunications business line as trouble-free and profitable as it can be.
Win more profitable business
We have a highly competitive offering both in price and service quality. We also have considerable flexibility in how our offerings can be deployed. We are genuinely focused on enabling our customers and partners to develop a profitable business line by providing network services.
Shorten the “Time to revenue”
When you do successfully win business in the very competitive telecommunications market the standard process of commissioning the network services is extremely inefficient and can introduce significant delay to when the customer service can be activated for billing to commerce. Our tools and automation are specifically designed to reduce that delay and get your cash line operating faster.
Reduce your cost
Feenix is not seeking to reduce the cost through price alone. The costs we are specifically addressing are the costs involved in designing, provisioning and operating network services – that is lowering the total cost of operating a network for our customers.
Provide stability in disparate
and changing processes
To commission nationwide networks, multiple supplier inputs are required all with their own processes, and widely varying levels of automation and commercial considerations.
Feenix will provide a common and consistent “front-end” to these suppliers – removing the need for continual retraining in supplier-specific processes and the repetitive entry of data into provisioning and engineering systems.
FEENIX NETWORK
Purpose Built, Fully Diverse and Multi-Carrier Intelligent Network
We have built the Feenix Network from the ground up using the latest in carrier-grade Nokia technology and the modern capabilities of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualisation (NFV) technologies to give you
the best possible connectivity solution whatever your need.
All of our technology is deployed in exchanges or data centres around the country and specifically designed to provide path diversity to ensure maximum availability. The availability and quality of the Network is further
enhanced through the deployment of multi-carrier fibre infrastructure on our backbone from Spark, Vodafone, Chorus and Kordia.
Automated provisioning and configuration management accessed via the Feenix Portal enables our customers to have as much or as little control over their network as they desire and to enable flexible instant provisioning of capacity to meet business demands.
Underpinning the comprehensive network technology, our 24 x 7 (ITIL compliant) Network Operating Centre, backed by our technical team, gives you the confidence that if anything should go wrong, we will be there to fix it fast.
To learn more about the Feenix Network please contact us and we would be delighted to share in as much detail as you wish. We are confident the more you know about how the Network is engineered, the more you will like it!

Feenix, in partnership with SAT ONE, grants access to wholesale, business-grade Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite services throughout New Zealand and its territories. The collaborative venture taps into the One Web LEO constellation, delivering high-speed, low-latency internet services globally, surpassing previously unreachable communication zones.
The LEO constellation encompasses 648 satellites orbiting Earth at a distance of 1200 kilometers, circling pole to pole in 12 evenly distributed planes, each housing 49 satellites. Additional satellites serve as standby spares, orbiting with their payloads switched off until deployment is necessary. Supported by 43 ground stations, termed Satellite Network Portals (SNP), strategically positioned worldwide, including three in Australia, Feenix establishes direct connections from Sydney.
SAT.ONE not only facilitates connectivity to Low Earth Orbit (LEO) but can provide connectivity services to Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) and Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) to offer comprehensive satellite connectivity solutions.
ABOUT FEENIX
Feenix was founded in October 2015 by a number of Telco industry veterans to solve problems that they identified in the New Zealand market for the provision of wholesale telecommunications products and services.
Despite its role in the technological revolution, our observation is that the telecommunications industry is still remarkably manual and inefficient. Specifically, the problems we have set out to solve include:
“Our core business is to create opportunities and solve problems for our customers”
The time and effort involved to move from the identification of a customer’s network requirements to a qualified quotation
The service effort and time involved in turning an order into a Service Delivery process
To make the
technical desirability of Carrier Diversity affordable and easy
to manage
The costs and inefficiencies that exist due to disparate BSS and OSS systems
The engineering time and data entry required to translate a Service Delivery process into an engineering configuration
The time it takes to translate this quotation to a contract
The inefficiencies associated with management of ongoing service & cost of change while in contract
The long time-to-revenue and high cost of sales suffered by providers of network services to their customers due to the above and other factors
